What is it?
Christian Coaching is a Spirit-led journey of discovery, growth, and transformation. As a qualified coach with over 25 years of pastoral experience, I help people overcome obstacles, strengthen their faith, and confidently step into their God-given identity and purpose. In a confidential and safe space, you can openly explore your thoughts, challenges and goals without fear of judgement, allowing for deeper self discovery, clarity and personal growth. It's about deepening your relationship with God and living with greater peace, purpose, and confidence.

Christian coaching is for anyone with an active faith who desires to move forward in life with confidence and a sense of ownership. It’s for those who feel stuck and need clarity on their next steps, as well as those seeking to grow in confidence, purpose, and direction. If you long to deepen your faith while navigating life's distractions or feelings of being overwhelmed, this coaching journey is for you.

A bit about Paul
Paul is passionate about helping people step into the fullness of who God created them to be. With over 30 years as a Christian and 25 years in ministry, he has dedicated his life to equipping and empowering others. Since his time at Bible College, Paul has worked with people of all ages in a variety of Christian contexts, serving in leadership roles such as church planting, venue leadership, and eldership. He has been actively involved in the Ground Level and Newfrontiers networks and has had the privilege of speaking at national and international events.
Today, Paul and his wife call King’s Church Hastings their home, where they continue to invest in the church and local community.
Paul offers one2one and group Christian Coaching.
He also offers development and training to leadership teams, helping them discover and unlock new ways of moving forward.
